The Insurance services provider for the Site is AXA Insurance Gulf B.S.C (c) (Dubai Branch), a branch of a foreign company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“AXA”) and authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the United Arab Emirates. Consequently, Beema is not, and should not be, considered as the insurance service provider for the Site. Referral terms of use
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) in respect of the Beema Referral Program shall govern the relationship between Beema Insurance Services LLC (“Beema”) and you, the user of the Program on Beema’s website and/or digital application (as the case may be).
You agree to grant Beema the right to collect, store and process any information or data you provide to Beema and to use information and data about your use of the Program.
By agreeing to provide consent for using this Program offered by Beema on its website and/or digital application (as the case may be), you agree to these T&Cs, without limitation or exception, and acknowledge that you have read them, and understood the same, in their entirety.
Beema may share any information and data with third parties based on your permission obtained for using this Program offered by Beema on its website and/or digital application (as the case may be), and you hereby explicitly agree to the collection and use of the such data by Beema for the purpose described herein.
Beema and or third parties may use such information or data provided by you under the Program to identify you on social media platforms in order to provide you with the latest products, offers or incentives offered by Beema or such third parties.
Beema reserves the right to update and to change these T&Cs at any time and at its sole discretion with or without notice.
Whilst we shall use our best endeavours to resolve any complaint you may have in relation to the Program, Beema reserves the right to decide on any appropriate actions, without any commitment on our part to take specific actions and/or transfer the complaint to the authorities in case a situation arises.
You authorize Beema and its representatives to contact you with reference to your application(s) of this Program. This consent will override any registration for “Do not Contact” (Call, SMS, Email).
Beema is an insurance agent and it is desirous of gaining additional customers for the purposes of buying car insurance products. You, as the referrer, are in a position to refer potential customer(s) (who is not already an existing customer of Beema or its underwriter) to Beema.
You, as the referrer may, from time to time, refer potential first-time customer(s) (i.e. a UAE resident qualified to purchase car insurance product(s) who is not already an existing customer of Beema or its underwriter) to Beema. Subject to these T&Cs, Beema shall reward the referrer for these referrals that became first time Beema customers by obtaining an active car insurance with Beema within sixty (60) days of referring.
Beema shall reward the referrer for each successful referral in accordance with the preceding paragraph. The nature of the reward and its value may be varied by Beema from time-to-time at its sole discretion. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash and/or other products / services. Beema shall not reward a referrer for unsuccessful referral of a prospect that does not become a customer of Company in accordance with the preceding
Beema reserves the rights to cross-check the details of any potential first-time customer(s) submitted to the Program against the customer databases of Beema and/or its underwriter. If any such potential first-time customer is believed not to be a first-time Beema customer, we shall inform the referrer of the same accordingly. Any falsified and/or fraudulent referrals, together with the relevant referrer, shall be reported to the applicable authorities accordingly.
These T&Cs shall commence upon the date the referrer registers to the Program, and Beema reserves the rights to cancel the program at any time.
