When using the Beema Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. Unless otherwise agreed by Beema in a separate written agreement with you, the Beema Services are made available solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Please note that we may add additional services from time to time to our existing Beema Services provided by us. Any such additions or amendment will be reflected in these terms and conditions, and you will be notified accordingly via the Site and the App.
You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Beema Services. Your mobile network’s data and messaging rates and fees may apply if you access or use the Beema Services from a wireless-enabled device. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Beema Services and any updates thereto. Beema does not guarantee that the Beema Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. In addition, the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. You may only access the Services by using authorised means, and Beema reserves the right to terminate the Beema Services if you use the same with an unauthorised device.
All copyright, designs, graphical and text arrangements, logos, trademarks, database rights and any other intellectual property rights in all material on the Site and the App are owned by Beema or its licensors.

Interference or entry to the Site and/or the App with intent to corrupt, damage, deny service from the Site and/or the App, or for commercial benefit is taken seriously, and we will take any action necessary to protect the Site and/or the App from such activities. You acknowledge that damages may not be an adequate remedy for any infringement and that we are entitled to the remedies of injunction, specific performance (where applicable), an order to deliver up materials which infringe our intellectual property rights and any other statutory or equitable relief and that no proof of special damages is necessary for reliance on such remedies.
We have taken great care in preparing our Site and our App. However, please kindly note that certain technical issues may arise from time to time that are beyond our control. Whilst we will always try our upmost to provide you with the highest quality of user experience in respect of the Site and the App, we cannot, unfortunately, always guarantee you uninterrupted or error free access to the Site and/or the App at all times, that defects will be remedied, or that the Site and/or the App, or the server that makes the Site and/or the App available, are virus free. The insurance services provider for the Site and the App is AXA Insurance Gulf B.S.C (c) (Dubai Branch), a branch of a foreign company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“AXA”) and authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the United Arab Emirates. Consequently, Beema is not, and should not be, considered as the insurance service provider for the Site and the App. Any claims or disputes for any insurance quotes, policies and claims need to be discussed and negotiated directly with AXA only. Our Site and/or our App is intended for use by residents in the United Arab Emirates only. Applications for motor insurance products or services from non-residents of the United Arab Emirates will not be accepted.
Our Site and/or our App content do not constitute an offer by AXA to sell insurance products and services to everyone who wishes to purchase. AXA retains the right to accept or reject any request to buy the insurance products or services, and any purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions of that insurance product or service.
The information and descriptions on the Site and/or the App may not represent full or total descriptions of all terms and conditions relating to the insurance products and services of AXA. Complete details will be included in your schedule of cover, policy documents and/or conditions of purchase to be provided by AXA.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you give to Beema and/or AXA while using this Site are accurate, and ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of any insurance product or service you purchase.
You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with your purchase of the motor insurance products and related services from AXA (“Costs”). We are responsible for communicating such Costs to you clearly and accurately on the Site and/or the App, and you are responsible to paying the Costs upon purchasing the motor insurance policy and related services. You agree to receive an electronic receipt via e-mail or SMS or through the App itself (as the case may be) following your payment of the Costs. This electronic receipt is sufficient for all purposes, including any specific requirements under applicable laws.
Payment of the Costs will be facilitated by Beema using the preferred payment method indicated by your in your Account including (without limitation) credit card(s), debit card(s), ApplePay GooglePay, or SamsungPay. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid, or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that Beema may automatically use the secondary payment method from your Account, if available.
